Terms & Conditions – SURA Villas

Greetings from Team SURA Villas,

These Terms and Conditions shall govern any accommodation/Event gathering agreements or any other related contracts entered into between The SURA management and the guest (the same shall apply hereinafter, and any matters not stipulated in the T&C shall be governed by law and generally established customs).

TERMS & CONDITIONS – THE SURA

Dear Guest,

SURA villas bookings available only on – www.thesura.in.

Booking is confirmed upon agreeing to the T&C (cash/online). No refunds for booking done without reading terms. If you are unable to reach us on call – +91 7396579333, please DM on Instagram – @suravillas, we will revert at the earliest.

The management/staff will not be held responsible for refunds nor reconciliations for bookings done without reading T&C. Applicable to stay & event bookings (cash/online) of the SURA villas.

Online booking

All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes.
50% advance amount to be paid during booking (non-refundable). 50% to be paid during check-in.
We do not provide refunds. Please scroll further for Cancellation & Refund policies.
We are NOT pet-friendly villas.
Two(2) people booking will only be accommodated to adults aged 21 years & above.
Aadhar/License of at least 2 guests need to be submitted during check-in.
Kids aged 10 years & above are charged with standard pricing.
Only guests with room bookings are allowed into the property. Mandatory standard charges applied for additional guests (irrespective of stay duration.)
Once a booking has been confirmed we will not increase the prices unless customer alters the booking.
We do not serve alcohol at the SURA villas.
For Villa oupa bookings – IF alcohol consumed license amount of Rs.9000 (additional) to be paid & local area liquor purchase due to local area & Telangana Government implied restrictions. The Management holds right to cancel booking in case of unforeseen emergency. Cancellation email & 100% refund will be initiated.
In cases of natural phenomenon like rains, heavy winds, etc., the management/staff is not to be held responsible. No refunds will be provided.

During stay

Standard timings – Check-in 2 PM & Check-out 11 AM
Additional guests will be charged standard pricing (irrespective of stay duration.)
Damage/missing items of the villas (this includes all utilities of the SURA villas such as kitchenette, appliances, furniture and accessories.) will be fined.
Amenities provided are only for customer usage at the villas. They are not liable to be taken along.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out, going to bed. The SURA management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings, including theft or pilferage.
Post 10 PM guests are requested to play music at moderate levels, keeping neighbors view in concern.
No smoking indoors.
Sticking décor to any interiors of the properties is fined for damage.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. The guest is solely responsible and will bear consequences for any such activities, and the sura management will not be held responsible

Alcohol & Hookah restrictions

We strictly do not serve alcohol at the SURA villas.
Usage of hookah is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at our villas. If any hookah pots found at the premises will be required to be handed over to our team & will be returned back during check-out.
For Villa Oupa bookings – IF alcohol consumed license amount of Rs.9000 (additional) to be paid & local area liquor purchase due to local area & Telangana Government implied restrictions. please contact us on – +91 7396579333 prior booking to avoid further inconvenience. License amount will directly be paid to Government of Telangana. No refunds/re-schedule for license once applied.

Food

Outside food is allowed for Villa Oupa. If food orders placed cannot be cancelled.
Outside food not allowed for Villa Avo , as the villa resides in a private resort premises.
Outside food not allowed for Villa Ada , as the villa resides in a private resort premises.

Event booking – Villa Oupa

Lawn & villa are charged in separate. Please fill events form, for further details.
For only lawn bookings, villa remains closed for access.
For only villa bookings, décor or any kind of setup is not permitted on lawn premises.
We request all our customers to schedule décor removal during check-out, to avoid inconvenience for preceding bookings. Thanks in advance.

We strictly DO NOT offer Refunds under any personal unforeseen circumstances of the customers. Reschedule option is offered if informed minimum three(3) days prior to the booking date via Reschedule form. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund policy mentioned below to avoid any further inconvenience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strictly DO NOT offer Refunds for any personal circumstances of the customers. Booking amount paid (cash/online) is Non-Refundable.
Booking is confirmed upon agreeing to the T&C (cash/online). The management/staff will not be held responsible for refunds nor reconciliations for bookings done without reading T&C. Applicable to stay & event bookings (cash/online) of the SURA villas.
Re-schedule option is applicable for bookings informed minimum THREE (3) days prior to the booking date via Reschedule form.
DATES USED HERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE PURPOSE ONLY: if the booking date is on January 5th, our team needs to be informed via Reschedule form by January 1st.
For last minute bookings neither refund nor reschedule option can be provided.
The price applicable on the re-scheduled date will be applied.
Reschedule can ONLY be done once for each booking to any availability dates within 3 months from initial booking date.

Any alcohol license amount paid cannot be refunded/re-scheduled, as the amount is directly paid to Government of Telangana.

For any requests related to Reschedule/Event decor permission/Early & Late Check-out:

Please read the T&C carefully before confirming the booking. Once the booking has been confirmed, the guests are liable to abide by these rules.
